Whitewater Kiwanis donates backpacks to TCS

(Whitewater Kiwanis Breakfast Club submission) Whitewater Kiwanis Club President Jean Bromley poses with a backpack, part of the club’s continuing effort to supply area children with this needed item. New backpacks have been donated to The Community Space and are available free of charge to any student who needs one.
