Whitewater High School Announces Awards Ceremony

Whitewater High School will host a ceremony on Wednesday, May 29, for High Academic Honors and Senior Awards. This ceremony will combine the presentation of awards previously given at two separate ceremonies in past years.

High Honors Awards will be presented to students in all grades who have earned a  GPA of 3.5 or higher over all of their semesters in high school. Additionally, graduating seniors will be honored with awards for achievement in academics, arts, and athletics.

The event will also include a senior art exhibit and musical performances during a pre-ceremony reception beginning at 5:30 p.m. The awards program will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the WHS auditorium.

Students receiving awards at the ceremony will receive a postcard invitation in the mail.
