Whitewater Girls Basketball 63 Brodhead 43

Whitewater girls rebound with a 63-43 win over Brodhead after falling to Jefferson Tuesday.   Game time moved to an earlier start in anticipation of beating the projected winter storm forecast.  Whippets embraced the weather by bringing a storm of their own, led by Allison Heckert’s 16 points, Ali Ketterhagen’s 13, and Miranda Reynold’s 12.  Kacie Carollo dished out 8 assists.  Not only was it great to see the girls rebound, but we finally played well an entire game, something that has been haunting us all season.  Thank you to Whitewater High School’s student council and food service for holding a fabulous chili event.  It was a great success!
