Whitewater Circle of Artists to Hold 2018 Fall CAC Exhibit “Transitions”

The Visionary Artists have expanded to eight members and with this change, they have also undergone a group name change from Visionary Artists to Whitewater Circle of Artists. The two newest members, Mary Dalee and Varla Bishop, bring two new distinctive artistic styles that add to the overall exhibit variety.  The other artists are John Dynkowski, Marilyn Fuerstenberg, Barbara Grant, Thomas Jewell, Sylvia Linton, and Mary Nevicosi.

The exhibit, “Transitions”, has an opening reception on Sunday, October 7, at the Cultural Arts Center, from 1 pm to 3 pm.  The CAC Center is located at 402 Main Street in Whitewater, Wisconsin.  The exhibit remains open through October 28, 2018.  Regular hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

The exhibit theme has enabled each artist to apply creative efforts in a wide range of subject-choice, medium, style, and technique. The result is another collection of work that is rich with expressive ideas in a number of varied visual offerings. They have a website www.whitewatercircleofartists  and can also be found on Facebook by searching “Whitewater Circle of Artists”.

The artists invite all to their FREE exhibit featuring their latest works.

The Cultural Arts Center is located on 402 West Main Street in the historic White building near the Birge Fountain. Parking is behind the building.  An elevator is available for access from the parking lot entrance.  More information about the Whitewater Arts Alliance can be found at www.whitewaterarts.org and on Facebook.
