Henry Brockwell receives Tenderfoot rank for Troop 173

Henry Brockwell of Whitewater passed his board of review on October 3 in front of three committee members of Whitewater Scouting Program 173. He has now advanced to the Tenderfoot rank. He joins two other members within his troop to reach this rank and three more to join him shortly. He has three more ranks to achieve before reaching Eagle. Whitewater Scouting Program 173 consists of a Cub Scout pack for grades K-5th, a Boy BSA Troop and a Girl BSA Troop, which are chartered by the American Legion Post 173 of Whitewater.
