Franklin Street, Whitewater, continues to host the free Monday night carry-out spaghetti meals through December 19th, 2022, excluding the Monday holidays—Memorial Day – May 30th, Independence Day – July 4th, Labor Day – September 5th, and Christmas – December 26th.
