The 2019 Discover Whitewater Series (DWS): Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay and 5K was a success!

This year the overall winners for the women were Andie Shine in first place, 1:19:12.40, Jessa Victor in second place, 1:19:55.06, and Jenny Zwagerman in third place, 1:21:56.36.

The overall winners for the men were Brian Finnel in first place, 1:13:31.01, Tyler Zwagerman in second place, 1:17:31.34, and Alec Meixelsperger in third place, 1:18:48.56.

The following five local organizations will receive donation checks from the race’s proceeds at a banquet on October 17: Bethel House, Whitewater LEADS, Working for Whitewater’s Wellness, Whitewater Unified School District and J-Hawks Aquatic Club.
