Whitewater Girls’ Swim Team Back in Action

The Whitewater Girls’ Swim Team was back in the pool as of Tuesday, August 12! The girls wasted no time getting into the swing of things—already completing their first lift session, working on flip turns, logging over 10,000 yards, and powering through the first four practices of the season.

To close out the week, on Friday, August 15, the team welcomed Mariah Lohff from Pilates Reformed for a mat Pilates session. Mariah did a fantastic job guiding the athletes through the workout and motivating them to give their best effort. Everyone did an incredible job!

It’s safe to say the Whippets are off to a strong start this season!
