Whippets Fall in WIAA Tourney

The Whippets travelled to #1 Lake Mills on Friday, February 19, for a second-round game in the WIAA Boys’ Basketball Division 2 Regional Tournament and were beaten, 36-55, which ended the WHS Boys’ Basketball 2020-21 Season.

The L-Cats were able to hold the Whippets’ leading scorer, senior Jake Martin, to just 5 points. Brock Grosinske led the Whippet scoring with 9 points, followed by Carter Brown with 8, and Wyatt Nickels with 7.
