Walk 4 Washington – A Huge Success

Editor’s note: The following information was provided by Washington PATT.

Washington PATT hosts Walk 4 Washington

Each year Washington PATT (Parents and Teachers Together) hosts Walk 4 Washington. Students raise money that goes directly back to their classrooms. The goal of the fundraiser is to raise $4000. Top fundraisers from each grade won a special lunch with Principal, Mr. G and also raced with area mascots at the all school assembly. The top fundraiser in the entire school, Carsyn Alexander raised $1700. Carsyn also won a new bike and helmet sponsored by Washington PATT. The entire school won an ice cream party for crushing their fundraising goal.
This year students raised over $9300! Over the past 11 years Washington students have raised over $54,000 for their own classrooms! A special thank you to Whippet Athletics, UW-Whitewater, Jones Market of Fort Atkinson, FCCU and Culver’s of Whitewater for being a part of our mascot race.
