Steve Watson writes, “I was watching a mink work the shoreline. It was jumping in and out of the creek, when it finally caught a fish. As it was swimming away, this bird started diving on the mink to steal its catch. The bird was unsuccessful. I think the bird is a red shouldered hawk.
From the skate park bridge.”

Our thanks to Steve Watson for a great photographic story.
