Taxpayers can come informally during this time to examine the assessment roll and talk with the City’s Assessor, Accurate Appraisal, LLC, about their assessed valuations. Instructional material about the assessment and Board of Review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law. Appointments are not necessary, however appointments strongly recommended. Appointments can be made thru Accurate Appraisal, LLC. @ www.accurateassessor.com or by calling their office 800-770-3927.
