Library Now Has a “Meeting Owl” for Hybrid Meetings

A Meeting Owl

The Irvin L. Young Memorial Library has added a Meeting Owl to its tech tools.  The Meeting Owl has omnidirectional cameras, speakers, and microphones that allow the participants at home to see everyone in the room and vice versa.  The sound quality is excellent and it is incredibly easy to use.  If your group wants to do a hybrid meeting, let us know when reserving a room.

Now that Walworth County has moved to Phase 4 of phased guidance for COVID-19, the Library has put back our furniture and coffee machine.  Per CDC guidance, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are advised to continue wearing an appropriate face covering and practice physical distancing.
