Levi Van Lanen, 4-time UW-W Rugby All American, Drafted in Major League Rugby

After being drafted 13th overall by the Dallas Jackals, Pulaski native Levi Van Lanen told Fox11 News, “I think every person that plays sports thinks about the opportunity to play at the professional level. Getting drafted is just step one. I haven’t really proven myself or anything yet. But playing with Whitewater and being on the national stage quite a few times, and playing against some higher competition in tournaments, I think that’s prepared me pretty well.”
