Joyce J. Meisner, 81, Whitewater was called to heaven on Tuesday December 18, 2018 at Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital.

Joyce was born on November 3, 1937 in the Town of Cold Spring in Jefferson County to L.J. and Jean (Rueth) Herde. Joyce enjoyed playing the piano at retirement homes including Fairhaven in Whitewater. In the early days Joyce played her accordion in a dance band in the Whitewater and Jefferson area.

Joyce is survived by her son James Meisner and her friend and former husband, Henry Meisner. There will be no formal services at this time.
