#FlashbackFriday with the Historical Society: Center Street c.1900

It’s time once again for #FlashbackFriday with the Whitewater Historical Society. As we have done in recent years, we are featuring some Henry Scholl glass plate images from the turn of the twentieth century with winter themes for the coldest month of the year–January. Henry Scholl took many photos in winter and they give us a look at Whitewater in c.1900 at this time of the year.

This image is of the north side of the 700 block of Center Street with the Methodist Church in the background. No street plowing in c.1900!

Join us next week for more from the Whitewater Historical Society.
