Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Charlie Kirk

President Trump has ordered flags to half-staff in honor of Charlie Kirk until sunset on September 14. Kirk was a 31-year-old conservative activist who was shot and killed on the campus of Utah Valley University on Wednesday, September 10.
