Dr. Suzanne Popke (dpopketherapy.com), psychologist in Whitewater, will give a free public presentation called “Introduction to Meditation for Mental Health” at her office on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 2 PM. 

Address: Historic Nelson Salisbury House at 404 W. North St, Whitewater. 

She will share some of her knowledge about Siberian meditation which she learned while living in the Republic of Buryatia, Siberia.
