Savor culinary treats such as fresh Panamanian ceviche, guarapa at a sugar mill, sample breads and pastries from a clay oven bakery and learn how to make seco. Visit Anton Valley nestled inside the world’s second largest volcanic crater and learn about frog conservation, butterflies, and visit a nonprofit orchid nursery.
