Christine Ann Randall (Granzo) passed on November 1, 2019

Christine Ann Randall (Granzo) passed peacefully at home November 1st, 2019.

Chris grew up in Delavan, WI, where she lived with her parents John and Lois (Sargent) Granzo, and sister Sue. She was a graduate of Delavan/Darien High School. Married (and later divorced) to Donald Randall in spring of ’83, she became a mother to only child DeAnn.

Chris was well known for her work ethic. Most recently she was a long-term employee of Fairhaven Senior Services where she enjoyed her many important positions assisting with dining services. She loved making every resident feel important and valued. Chris was also known for her quick wit and sense of humor!

Chris’s greatest love in life was being a grandmother! Owen was her pride and joy, and she loved to brag on him! The two shared a very special bond.

Chris was preceded in death by her parents John Paul and Lois Mae (Sargent) Granzo, and sister Sue Ellen (Granzo) Murray. She is survived by daughter DeAnn Lee (Ryan) Stritzel and grandson Owen Paul Heussner. Nieces Danell Jordi, Amanda (Murray) Sanchez, and nephew Thomas Jordi. Also, great nieces and nephews.

A grand celebration of life will be held mid-summer 2020. Details will follow as the time nears. Chris’s family will be making their way South to find Chris’s final resting place somewhere warm and sunny.

The family would like to give special thanks to Agrace Hospice Care, and all of the oncology staff at Dean St Mary’s of Janesville. Also, Nitardy Funeral Homes.

Memorials can be made towards Owen’s future educational and “life” needs, as Chris would have wanted.

Nitardy Funeral Home in Whitewater is assisting the family with arrangements.
