Charles Edward Kearns, age 73, passed away in Fort Atkinson on Monday March 5, 2018.

Charles was born July 19, 1944, in Davenport, Iowa the son of the late Charles Raymond and Mary Estella Maria (Edwards) Kearns. Ed moved to Whitewater in 1945 with his family and remained until 1982 when he moved to the Tucson Arizona area where he lived until returning to Wisconsin in 2003 where he remained until his death.

Ed is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Warner, of Dodgeville, WI; his ex-wife Sharon Burow of Watertown; two children, Kevin of Lake Mills, WI and Michelle of Watertown, WI; five grandchildren and five nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his stepfather, George Egnoski in 1981, sister Jane Hsuan of Grass Valley, CA in 2016 and nephew, Anthony Hsuan in 1994.

Burial will be held at a later date at Iron Hill Cemetery in Maquoketa, IA.

Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
