Douglas James Koch, 49 of Whitewater, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison following a lifelong battle with Neurofibromatosis.

He was born on April 17, 1969.

Doug is survived by his parents, Ken and Sally (Maas) Koch of Fort Atkinson; sister, Lisa (Chad) Hanmer; niece, Keira Hanmer; aunt, Carol (Jerry) Mollenhour and uncles, John Kleinhans and Durwood Maas.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Deanne Koch; aunt, Phyllis Kleinhans and uncle, Douglas Maas.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018, at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson.
