Sept. 14 – According to a news release from the UW System, Dr. Katy Heyning, currently Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, State University of New York at Brockport, has been named as one of four finalists for Chancellor of UW-Stevens Point. Heyning served at UW-W for over eighteen years, including nearly nine years as Dean of the College of Education & Professional Studies before taking the position in New York in 2018.
