Do You Have a Project That Might Qualify for Whitewater’s Interest-free Homeowner Loan Program?

The city’s Community Development Authority has only received a few applications for its relatively new Homeowner Loan Program, and it says that “we want to get this money deployed to help homeowners and enhance property’s values in the city.” There is no interest on the loans, which are not repaid until the home is sold or transferred.

Recently the CDA, the Greater Whitewater Committee and Home Lumber sponsored a meeting to introduce the program to contractors. Shown below are a few of the slides that could help homeowners understand whether this program might benefit them.

If you have any questions about the program or would like additional information, please reach out to Mason Becker at mbecker@whitewater-wi.gov
