Another good win for Whitewater Boys’ Basketball Team. Although it came from a tough opponent, they were able to prevail for their 6th win of the year and get back to a .500 record in both conference and overall record, 5-5 and 6-6. Clinton hung tough at halftime only down 1 at 30-29. They went on to be up by as many as 5 points but could not hold on. Whitewater held Clinton to a 22 point second half and won 65-51. Whitewater was led by Daniel Fuller with 24 points followed by Roberto Navejas and Bryce Parrish with 11 each and Ben Kloskey logging 10 points to round out 4 starters in double figures. The second round of conference play begins next week Thursday against Jefferson at home. (Steve Shears)
