Whitewater High School Gymnastics wraps up the 2018-2019 season

From Coach O’Hara:

Whitewater High School Gymnastics wrapped up the 2018-2019 season with a banquet held on Wednesday, March 6th at Whitewater High School.

The gymnasts did a fantastic job this season and they will continue to do so in future seasons. The awards presented at the banquet were earned by the following gymnasts. MVP Sydney Treder, Most Dedicated Autumn Lesar, Most Improved Varsity Trinity Nickels, Most Improved JV Anna Ejnik, and Rookie of the Year Giselle Ramirez. At the banquet, three Southern Lakes Conference awards were given out. This is a very high honor for the Whitewater High School Gymnasts. Trinity Nickels and Sydney Treder earned Honorable Mention and the highlight was Autumn Lesar earning Second Team All-Conference.

Thank you to the parents for supporting the girls, organizing pasta parties, and all the other amazing things you have done throughout the season. Thank you to Mr. Mischka for coming to the gymnastics meets and taking pictures of the girls.

Overall, it was an amazing season and I couldn’t ask for a better group of girls to work with. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. Go Whippets!
