Whitewater boys went into Edgerton needing a win but came up short. Down by eight points at halftime,  Whitewater took a six point lead with five minutes left in the game. With under two minutes remaining, Edgerton hit two 3 point shots and hung on for the 57-52 win over Whitewater.

Whitewater was led by Daniel Fuller with 15 followed by Roberto Navejas with 12 and Bryce Parrish with 10.

Whitewater next game is against East Troy on Tuesday, February 6th at home with a 7:15 start.  Whitewater went to overtime in East Troy, the conference leaders, in a previous contest in East Troy this season. “Although the record does not reflect the effort and the close games that we have been in the boys have been playing some exciting basketball.” Coach Shears emphasizes. “It would really be great to have a big crowd Tuesday to help us get a much-needed win.”
