Men’s Basketball: No. 12 UW-Whitewater 74, UW-Stout 55

The Warhawks (16-5 overall, 6-4 WIAC) shot 11-of-19 from behind the arc and 53 percent from the floor in the first half to outscore the Blue Devils, 46-29, before maintaining the lead in the second half.

Junior guard Mitchell Pfeifer led the Warhawks with 22 points, including six made 3-pointers.  Junior guard Dalton Menke added 20 points and also sank six 3-pointers.  Junior guard Andre Brown tallied 12 points and five assists. For complete story from UWWsports.com, 


Women’s Basketball: No. 19 UW-Whitewater 94, UW-Stout 52

The Warhawks (18-3 overall, 8-2 WIAC) recorded 94 points in the matchup, which was their most in a single game since scoring 96 points on November 4, 2015, against Illinois Wesleyan.

Senior guard Brooke Trewyn recorded a double-double with 13 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists.  Senior forward Andrea Meinert added 13 points and six rebounds, and sophomore guard Becky Raeder tallied 11 points. For complete story from UWWsports.com,
