NOTICE: City to Repave Several Streets

NOTICE : The City will be repaving several streets as part of an upcoming roadway improvement project. The work will include the following:

  • Lakeview Drive — from Wisconsin Street to just south of Amber Drive. Work will include removing the existing asphalt, regrading the base course, and paving new asphalt.
  • Amber Drive — from Lakeview Drive to Waters Edge Drive. Work will include removing the existing asphalt, regrading the base course, and paving new asphalt.
  • Wisconsin Street — from Coburn Lane south to the City limits. Work will include pulverizing the existing asphalt and base course, grading, and paving new asphalt. Gravel shoulders will also be installed where curb and gutter are not present.

Construction Schedule
Work on Lakeview Drive and Amber Drive is scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and is anticipated to be completed around September 25, 2026. Work on Wisconsin Street is scheduled to begin September 17, 2026, and is anticipated to be completed around October 16, 2026.

Please note that all construction schedules are weather dependent and may be adjusted as necessary. Access to residential driveways will remain open throughout the project. However, residents may experience some minor inconvenience, including temporary delays or construction -related activity, while the work is underway.
