Dr. Chilukuri Rao, 88, of Whitewater, passed away December 26, 2024, at a local care facility. A memorial visitation for Dr. Rao will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 North Newcomb Street, Whitewater, WI.
