From Coach Dittmer:

There were not a lot of bright spots in the blowout with the exception of our #2 doubles. They played the best I have seen this season and I believe that they will continue to improve in the final month. I thought they did a great job of communicating with their signals and hit some excellent groundstrokes. I am looking forward to seeing how they finish up the season.

From Coach Dittmer:

Despite losing, Nick Kuzoff played an impressive match at #3 singles. I can really see his improvement from the first day of the season to now. He played a lot of long points and just came up a bit short. Joe Creanza also left it all out on the court in his loss at #2 singles. He hit a lot of really good shots but just made a few too many errors in the end. Even though he lost, I was very proud of his effort. He even got sick during his match but wanted to continue playing. It is great to see that kind of dedication from the Senior.

The UW-Whitewater Cycling Club will host a full race weekend for collegiate athletes in the Whitewater area April 7 – 8.

On Saturday, April 7, road races of various distances will be run outside of town.

On  Sunday, April 8 from 8:30 am to 2:15 pm, downtown Whitewater will host hundreds of collegiate athletes and spectators as the riders compete in a circuit race just one block north of Downtown in an event that carries national championship implications.  Spectators are encouraged to come out from 11 am to 2:15 pm on April 8 to watch some of the best Collegiate Midwest racing talents compete against each other in a fast-paced, intense, and competitive event. The circuit race, often called a criterium, is a closed-course event that will be hosted on the streets directly surrounding the Washington Elementary School.
