The community is invited to a free, all-ages event to celebrate the end of the library’s Summer Reading Program. Join us for a bubble party outside of the Irvin L. Young Memorial Library on Thursday, July 18 at 2:00 p.m. Participants will enjoy music, popsicles, and bubbles!
