Big Brothers Big Sisters merges efforts, announces new logo and branding

Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Wisconsin along with more than 270 Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates across the country has changed its branding and has revealed a new logo.   At the same time, we are announcing the merger of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rock, Walworth and Jefferson Counties with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dodge County and Watertown Area.  This merger creates one strong Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliate working to help youth reach their full potential.  Please make note of our new name of the combined agencies, Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Wisconsin, serving Dodge, Jefferson, Rock and Walworth Counties.

There is a need for volunteer mentors to be Big Brothers and Big Sisters in these four counties to help the youth waiting for a “Big” reach their full potential.  After much research, it was found that the previous brand was not conveying the mission of the organization nor was it connecting with potential mentors.

Big Brothers Big Sisters move to modernize the brand is to assure the mission stays strong and conveys the right message.  This new logo, with an uppercase and lowercase “B” blending together will help people realize that just like the matches made between our Bigs and Littles, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Youth today face many challenges, more than previous generations.  This move forward by BBBS of America is to assure that we are here to defend the potential of our youth and help them soar to greater heights.

It takes a mentor for every child.  Please join the movement to defend the potential of our youth today.  Be a Big.  For more information about our programs please contact our offices and apply to be a Big.
