Doug was born February 4, 1959, in Elkhorn, WI the son of William H. and Mary Lou (Erdman) Vincent. Doug is survived by his father William of Elkhorn, WI, his sister; Toni (Rick) Fuller of Sarona, WI and his brother Scott Vincent of Beechwood, WI; he was preceded in death by his mother and his sister Debra.
