Obituary: Timothy Michael Glander, 72

Timothy Michael Glander, 72, of Whitewater Lake, passed away on July 11, 2022, at Mercyhealth in Janesville, Wisconsin. He was born on April 12, 1950, to the late Eugene and Florence Glander in Illinois. Timothy was united in marriage to Linda K. Fikes in 1979, in DeKalb, Illinois.

Timothy is survived by his wife Linda Glander, son Jeron Glander, step-daughter Alisa (Ben) Miller, sister Judith Glander, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Florence, and stepson Mark Sanders.

A teacher for over 30 years, Timothy taught music education and served as band and choir director. In retirement, he was able to pursue his lifelong hobby of magic, and learned the art of balloon sculpting, both of which he turned into a career. Timothy was a lover of animals, classic films, magic history, and jazz music icons. He will be missed by many.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials or donations be made to:
