Whippet Track and Field travelled to McFarland Tuesday night, May 25, for a quadrangular meet with Edgerton, Turner, and McFarland. We continue to experiment with these meets as we find more and more events for the student athletes.

The girls’ 4X100 of Kacie Carollo, Madelynn Buehler, Amanda Tovar, and Kindyl Kilar ran an honor roll time of 51.9.

We had a 1,2,3 finish in both the boys’ and girls’ 100 and 200 Meter dash.

The boys’ 4X800, 4X400, and 4X100 were dominant.

The pieces of the puzzle continue to fall in place as we prepare the kids for the championship portion of the season. The student athletes are working hard and buying into our “team first” philosophy. They are willing to try events they’ve never done before, and we are getting some great surprise performances.
