Debby Bartolerio has joined the staff of First Citizens State Bank as Chief Operations Officer and will be serving customers in the Whitewater area.

Bartolerio brings over 30 years of banking experience to First Citizens State Bank, including roles as a Check Kite Analyst, Branch Auditor and Assistant Vice President of Loan and Deposit Compliance. 

Deb is active in many organizations, and is looking forward to participating in the Whitewater community. Her background includes membership in Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Financial Crimes Committee, the Elder and Financial Abuse Prevention team through Waukesha County Health and Human Services, and Treasurer for the Lower Spring Lake District.
