Whitewater Polar Plunge raises over $59,000 for Special Olympics

From Whitewater Parks & Recreation Department:

This year the Whitewater Polar Plunge raised over $59,000 for Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes in Southeastern Region.  It was great seeing all the people willing to jump into freezing water to raise money for the Special Olympics.  We would like to thank The Whitewater’s Parks & Recreation sponsors: The Sweet Spot, Second Salem, and The Whitewater Aquatic Center for their donations and support at Freeze Fest. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event and helped raise over $59,000.
