The Whitewater Police Department and City of Whitewater Media Services have teamed up to create a video highlighting the work of the Police Department’s new Community Impact Team (CIT).

The Community Impact Team was created to address quality-of-life concerns, identify emerging trends and problem areas within the community, and enhance the Police Department’s outreach efforts. Through proactive engagement and problem-solving, the team works to build stronger relationships with residents, businesses and community partners while helping make Whitewater a safer and more welcoming community.

The video offers the public an inside look at the team, its purpose and how its members are working to make a positive impact throughout Whitewater.
