Ron Binning shared these photos of the apartments that are being constructed at Moraine View Parkway and Jakes Way, south of Bluff Road on the southeast side of Whitewater. The photos were taken on April 24.
The developer, Hartland Shores, is planning a total of 128 apartments. This first phase, under construction, will have two 32-unit buildings. Ron says, “Definitely a big complex.”
