The Library’s Annual Summer Reading Program Begins on June 8: Week one lineup

Whitewater Public Library’s annual Summer Reading Program begins on June 8th! Bookworms and aspiring bookworms of every age are invited to read books, win prizes, and attend fun, FREE events. Here is the week one lineup for children and teens:

Mark Hayward: Yo-Yo Guy

Monday, June 8th
4:00-5:00 PM  
All ages
Join us for a free performance by World Yo-Yo Champion, Mark Hayward!  Comedy, juggling, mousetraps, and of course-a yo-yo.  Fun for the whole family!  No registration is required.

Teen Karaoke
Tuesday, June 9th
3:00-4:30 PM
Ages 12-18
Meeting Room 1
Registration preferred
Enjoy some snacks, sip some soda (or water), and sing some songs!  

Storytime
Wednesday, June 10th
9:30 AM  
Ages 0-5
Meeting Room 1
Stories, songs, and general silliness with Miss Deana.

Unlazy River
Thursday, June 11th
3:30-4:30 PM
Library Pathway
All Ages
Bring your own floaties and cruise through our outdoor obstacle course.  Sprinklers included! *
*Bring a towel and clothes that can get wet.
