Our Readers Share: Steve Watson Adds Poetry to His Nature Photos (Updated)

Morning dove, flying above.
Soaring past the trees.
Makes it look like a breeze.
Chipmunk darts across the trail.
Airborne leaps,
Into the grassy veil.

Osprey is a daring bird.
From on high it dives unheard.
Headlong into the water.
Flies away with its slaughter.

Our thanks to Steve Watson for sharing not only more of his fascinating photos but his poetic talent besides.
