The Whippets boy basketball team began their new season with a non-conference win over Delavan-Darien on Tuesday, Nov 27, by a score of 55-38. Hunter and Jake Martin led the Whippet scoring with 15 and 13 respectively, followed by Eli Kohl with 10. The Whippets will begin conference play at home on Thursday, Nov 29, against Jefferson with tip-off scheduled for 7:15.
