Irvin L. Young Memorial Library Programs – Week of February 19th through February 26th

Rhyme Time

Ages Birth-3 years

Tuesday, February 20th 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Rhyme Time offers caregivers and children the perfect opportunity to engage with songs, rhymes, and simple stories.  Each 20-30 minute class period is followed by a play time.


Growing Readers

Ages 3-5 years

Thursday, February 22nd 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Growing Readers allows children and their favorite adult to engage with songs, rhymes, stories, and play.  Each session includes picture books, movement activities, and nursery rhymes.  Each 30 minute class period is followed by art or activities and a play time.


Stories at the Market

Saturday, February 24th 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Read a story with Miss Deana at the Whitewater Winter Market!  Participants will receive an extra raffle for the Winter Read Program.  This event is open to all ages and no registration is required.
