Fairhaven Pollinator Garden Ribbon Cutting and Talk

It’s time to celebrate the Fairhaven Pollinator Garden and the many people and organizations — Fairhaven Senior Services, Wild Ones Kettle Moraine, the Whitewater Community Foundation — who have helped to make it happen!

We’re holding a brief ribbon cutting at the front garden at 12:30 pm on Thursday, Oct. 22. The ribbon cutting will be followed by a social with coffee and cookies and a talk at 1:15 pm in the Olm Fellowship Hall inside Fairhaven. We’ll talk about what we’ve seen in the garden — like the unexpected plant growth and seeing endangered rusty patched bumble bees just 10 weeks after we planted! — and answer any questions.

Find out more about the event on the Fairhaven Pollinator Garden Facebook page. All are welcome!
