The College of Business and Economics is hosting a speaker funded through the Tommy Thompson Speaker Grant. Dr. Ludmila Praslova will examine how campuses and workplaces can more fully embrace neurodiversity, moving beyond uneven, accommodation‑driven
practices toward approaches grounded in
contemporary research. She highlights how outdated
systems and persistent stigma continue to limit
meaningful inclusion, and why institutions must shift
toward proactive, systemic redesign that embeds
belonging, dignity, and accessibility into everyday
