Sunrise Yoga

The weather is getting warmer, and Sunrise Yoga is moving outside by Cravath Lakefront on the bumpout next to the lake. (We will be inside the community center during inclement weather.)
Bring a mat, two blocks and a strap (loaners available). All level yoga – beginners are welcome! If you like freshly-brewed chai, bring a mug for after practice.
