SUMMARY:Fairhaven Lecture - The Enduring Fortitude of Disability Advocacy: Standing the Test of Time
DESCRIPTION:Disability is and has always been a natural part of the human experience. Our bodies—our lives—exist in a delicate\, complex\, and continuous relationality to the environments\, cultures\, and political landscapes surrounding us. This talk features student researchers Bella Zeit\, Odin Ehrets\, and Breanne Lessard from the Disability Justice Collective\, a participatory action research team comprised of students with disabilities at UWW\, and faculty mentor Assistant Professor Courtney Wilt.
